These emergency luminaires are equipped with a system able to supply a fluorescent tube in an autonomous way, both on mains falure and in maintioned mode.
A room can be lit by one or more luminares thanks to an energy reserve supplied by the fitted batteries and thanks to electronic circuits. |
Each unit is independent, it does not need local technicians and can be easily installed everywhere. Little maintenance is required. OVA's standard emergency luminaires have a high IP protection degree which allows them to operate also in places with dust, steam, water spouts or for outdoor applications.
All OVA's products are designed to gyarantee top unctionality and reliability. They are also designed to combine with the aesthetic characteristics of the rooms they are installed in.
|
Activa luminaires ate pre-programmed, and therefore allow easy installation. The absence of additional connection lines avoids operatingproblemscaused by electromagnetic fluctuations.
Remote operation of both of the intelligent facility and control of traditional light fittings can be conducted easily via the inhibit line and traditional devices (Teleur).
The intelligent self-diagnosis allows all the Activa luminaires to conduct a functional test upon first installation and during battery replacement. |
LOW VOLTAGE
|
These luminaires have an electric circuit with 12V or 24V input, d.c. and a.c. They can be used in installations with uninterruptible power sipplies or where emergency input is obtained by centralized batteries. The "LOW VOLTAGE" description indicates that the devices are fed by low voltage (CEI 64-8). |
230V MCS
|
These emergency luminairs are equipped with an electronic ballast at low consumption and are supplied directly from mains voltage. They can be used as common light fittings. They can alse be connected to a static inventer in centralized emergency lighting installations, where they are controlled by MCS models from a centralized position. |
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
|
The following descriptions can be used in specificationsto insure that the tender requirements to correct. |
Dration: It is the minimum 4 year duration in compliance with the regulations (in hours).
|
Average flux: This is the average flux (in lumens) in emergency conditions and during duration time, it is therfore the parameter to use for the project calculations. |
S.A. average flux: The average flux (in lumens) actually produced in non-emergency conditions by maintained luminaires (S.A.) |
